Introduction

Welcome to the last edition of our newsletter for 2008. Reflecting back, it has been a very interesting and challenging year in the SMB segment, with many new product introductions and promotions launched to build momentum in the market. We introduced our basic level IP phones, the 1200 series in the first half of 2008 and released the BCM450 in Q4. We also launched the My Business promotion, introduced the Overdrive channel loyalty program and moved up a gear with training programs to equip our channels with the necessary skills to promote our products.

As we move into 2009, we are excited with the opportunities ahead, and the programs we plan to release as we continue to grow the mid-market business together with our valued channel partners.
